The second day was hot, and we walked miles around all of the trade stands. We treated Bumblebee to a snazzy yellow strap so that I can pull the tailgate down easier! A new light so that now, well once it's in and wired up, we'll have light when we open the sliding door, and some beach mats with the VW logo on, one to go in between Bumblebee and the awning and one for the porch of the awning.
L and R treated themselves to hand spray-painted T-shirts.
And many a snow cone and slush were consumed, resulting in an array of multi-coloured tongues!
We headed back to the camping area on Trainy McTrainface which was a huge hit with the kids as we had managed to miss it all weekend last year, and were treated to an awesome sunset at dinner time.
Then we headed down to the entertainment area for more snowcones and to see 16 Stone Pigs last ever show! Which was amazing! We sat outside for most of the gig, but B was desperate to get inside for one of the big balloons that were dropped. B and I headed inside the tent, making our way almost to the front, and although the big balloons came close, we didn't manage to get hold of one so she had to settle for some of the smaller balloons which had also been in the big balloon drop.
On the final day, we had a lovely fry up cooked by R and supervised by J :) then we packed everything away and walked on down to the trade area. On the way though, we stopped at the off road experience and C, L and R had an off road ride, the proceeds of which were going to raise money for cancer research.
A fabulous time was had by all. The loos were amazing this year too and we are all counting down the days until CamperJam 2018
