I layered 200g of fat free natural yoghurt with 40g of gluten free oats and a couple of desert spoon fulls of frozen mixed berries in a Kilner jar.
I left them overnight and in the morning the berries had defrosted and those along with the yoghurt had softened the oats, and like I said, they are delicious. I'll be making up some more of these for weekday breakfasts.
